Conceived during the yearend of the first era in the 2000s. A year that marks an enormous amount of social, political, and environmental shifts. The top 10 trending news topics of the year were used and the most iconic image representing each topic was then transformed into a digital illustration resembling a children's “Connect-the-Dots.” Through the act of physically connecting the dots on each of these illustrations, participants will soon discover that the numeric values does not add up and result in a further distortion of the original image. Through this act, the work comments on the monopoly and control of the social political and news media world, and the end product of it which is the news itself for the general public.
